Users can setup anonymous user's properties; you only need to add a user to 'anonymous' group, and the following properties can be set :

Upload/Download speed limit

IP checking

Upload/Download ratio

However, the password, group name, and user's level will be ignored no matter what you set. For safety reason, group name is fixed as 'anonymous' , user's level is fixed as 'guest'.
