雷電FTPD外掛套件執行流程示意圖 (Addon,Plugin,Script)  

雷電FTPD支援超過三十種以上的內建事件驅動, 你可以透過這些事件驅動來呼叫你自行撰寫的外部增強套件, 增強套件可以用任何程式語言來撰寫.

例如你可以撰寫你自己的檔案上傳處理程式, 在有檔案上傳之後, 你自己的程式就會自動被雷電FTPD呼叫並且執行, 甚至可以將處理的結果顯示到FTP Client之上.
